Hello May!
Hello Rambler Families!
We have amazing students!!!! This is a great time to be Rambler. This year has brought a lot of academic and extra-curricular successes. We have sent multiple teams and individuals to State. We met our district goal of 60% proficiency in math! Our K-3 ROCKED Istation, with an average of 81.75% proficient. This means our students have the foundational reading skills to tackle grade level books.
We are going to be celebrating their hard work this year next week. Our Prek-5 students will be heading over to Roxy Theater to watch Monsters Inc. at 12:15 on Tuesday, May 24. Our 6-12 graders will head up to Manchester Ice and Events Center in Mccall for ice skating. Students will need to pack a lunch, if you are unable to pack a lunch please reach out to me.
If you see Cole Olson or Tyler Thurston this weekend, give them a high five. They are competing in State Track and Field in Middleton.
Student fees are coming out soon! Please ask your students about their fees sheet.
You are invited to our annual Awards Assembly for grades 6+ on May 26, 2022 at 2:30pm in the main gym. Parents and community are welcome to attend and to celebrate our Ramblers!
If you visit our school, please visit the middle hall. We have a lot of awesome student art work on display. Some pictures are below.
Early release at 1:30pm on Friday, May 27.
If you have any questions please feel free to shoot me an email, Lindsay@cascadeschools.org, or give me a call or text at (208)315-4248.

Cafeteria Shoutout and Information
A big shout out to our cafeteria staff. From March 2019 to May 2022, they served a total of 57,112 meals to our families and students!!!! This is amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of our families and students!
As a reminder, May is the last month for free lunch and breakfast at school. The USDA waivers for these meals will expire at the end of May. Next school year will return to paid status based on eligibility. They will not be provided for free. It will be that much more important to complete a Free/Reduced application at the beginning of the school year.
Summer is coming
With the increase in warmer weather, please review our dress code in our handbook and help your student come to school properly attired.
