Walker Information Parents, Please do not park in the school parking lot and have your students walk to your car at dismissal. It is becoming very dangerous as kids are running in the parking lot to get into cars. If you have a student that is a walker please park at the first street, Rose Crossing, and have your children walk to your car on Rose Crossing. Thank you! Hoedown- February, 25thHowdy Parents, On Friday, February 25, 2022, our 16th annual Benignus Elementary Hoe Down begins. We would like to invite any family members who would like to watch their child perform. The schedule below breaks down when each grade level will be participating. 8:15-9:00 3rd Grade 9:05-9:50 Pre-K/EC/Developmental 9:55-10:40 Kindergarten 10:45-11:30 2nd Grade 11:35-12:20 5th Grade 12:55-1:45 4th Grade 1:45-2:30 1st Grade This year each grade level will be performing three to four dances and will be participating in Rodeo games and activities. Please feel free to stay and enjoy these activities with your children. We are encouraging students to wear Western Wear (no spurs, holsters, or toy guns). Yee Haw! The PE Coaches | Student Holiday Student Holiday is February 18th and 21st, Classes Resume on February 22nd. | Valentine's Day Info On Monday, February 14th students may bring cards to exchange in the classroom. Cards cannot contain candy. At the end of the day each class will exchange cards. Our awesome PTO will be providing a snack for each child. |
