Thank you so much to the many families who were able to participate in our celebrations on Friday. We appreciate you taking time to enjoy this day with all of us. Trunk or Treat was also a wonderful family event. It was enjoyable to see many families attend. We appreciate all of our local businesses, school organizations and community members supporting both our parade on Friday and the Trunk or Treat event. Have a safe Halloween evening!


On November 11, we will hold a very special Veterans Day Assembly. A note is being sent home with your child to invite local Veteran's from our community to attend. This is a cherished day for our students and staff. We share in honoring our members of the Armed Forces for all of their dedication to our country. Please be sure to invite any Veterans from your family to attend the assembly.

DROP OFF REMINDER!

Students should NOT be be dropped off at school before 7:30 AM. Thank you.
The Frankenmuth Fundraiser orders will be in on November 7th. Orders may be picked up from 3-5:30 PM. All refrigerated products must be picked up during this time. Orders must be paid in full at the time of pick up. If you would like your order sent home with your child please email Robyn Hall at Robyn.Hall@myeagles.org

STUDENT COUNCIL-Annual Food Drive

The CUES Student Council is holding their annual Food Drive to help our local families this holiday season. We will collect items October 26th through December 14th. All items must be non-perishable food items. Suggested items include: canned food, baby food, boxed food mixes (mac and cheese, jello, cake mix, etc.), diapers, toilet paper, and toothpaste. All items must be new and unopened.

Mr. Williams

Mr. Williams teaches 6th grade at CUES. He also coaches 8th grade football and varsity golf. During the summer Mr. Williams enjoys playing golf and boating and during the winter months he likes to play hockey. During his free time he likes to watch all Detroit and Michigan State sports teams.

Girls on the M.O.V.E.

Girls on the M.O.V.E. (Mission/Opportunity/Vision/Exceptional Behaviors) will take place Wednesday, November 2nd from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Columbia Central Junior High School. Crafts, music, & fun for girls in grades 5 through 8! We work with girls to establish their personal mission statement and create direction for their lives so they can have a vision for their future. The goal for those who attend this program is to become more effective in the accomplishment of their goals and dreams to achieve their life purpose. LOST AND FOUND

Our Lost and Found rack is overflowing with clothes! Have your child look through check the Lost and Found rack located in the cafeteria for lost sweatshirts, jackets, or lunch boxes.

COLUMBIA SCHOOL DISTRICT 3RD ANNUAL CASH BASH

The 3rd Annual Columbia Cash Bash will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 5 to 10:30 PM at the Gene Davis & Sons Banquet & Convention Center. Tickets are $80.00 and admit 2 people. Tickets can be purchased in the CUES office.
