Principal's Message
The final trimester of the 2020-21 school year begins March 8th. Despite the unique challenges we have all faced this past year, your children are growing and thriving at BMS!
Below is information regarding upcoming parent teacher conferences, please arrange a time to discuss your child's progress with her/her teacher(s).
Also included, are instructions for setting up automated email progress reports. This Skyward feature enables you to regularly track your child's progress.

Parent Teacher Conferences
PT conferences are on Thursday, Feb 11, 3:30pm - 7:30pm (dinner break from 5:00pm - 5:30pm) and Friday, Feb 12, 8:00am - Noon.
For the health and safety of all, BMS will hold virtual conferences only. Please call or email your child's teacher to arrange a Google Meet or phone conference during the aforementioned times.
Check Your Child's Progress Regularly
Parents are reminded and encouraged to use Skyward to regularly track your child’s progress.

Middle School Wrestling
For the health and safety of all, wrestlers will not be competing at this time.
BMS Spelling Bee
Alexa Rhodes, Makayla Bauch, Jasmine Jay, Ben Wilson, Ava Baker, Ciara Hartman, Elektra Johnson-Schafer, Carson Rubenzer, Otto Schwinn, Nora Jensen, Max Meindel, Jayden Hinrichs and Tyler Schmidt.
The second place winner of this year's spelling bee was Tyler Schmidt. Ciara Hartman was this year's spelling bee champion. Congratulations to all of our participants!

Speak Up, Speak Out is a one-stop place to report concerns of general school safety. Parents, staff, community members and students can use the report system 24/7 for free by clicking “Submit a Tip”.
The Speak Up, Speak Out tipline can help identify a variety of concerns within a school such as bullying, drug use, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and more. The goal of the platform is to prevent harm and get students the support they need when they are hurt or struggling.
