Jadeveon Clowney

Jadeveon Clowney was born on February 14, 1993 at Rock Hill, South Carolina. His mother mainly raised him. His dad wasn’t involved his life a lot because his dad spent 11yrs in jail. Jadeveon went to South Pointe high school and played JV football. He helped his team to go 15-0.

Draft Year

He was the first round pick in the 2014 NFL draft.His purpose was to make goals for himself. According to NBC sports reporters, Clowney stated that his goal for the rookie season is to try to better himself as a player. Also his goal in the NFL is to sack Andrew Luck. Cause he’s in his division, playing him two times a year, but Andrew is a dangerous quarterback, he makes good decisions with the ball, so then Clowney said that all he wants to do is to just want to get after Andrew Luck and sack one time.

Injury Season

Clowney has dealt with an assortment of injuries over his first two years in the NFL, highlighted by a knee injury that required microfracture surgery last season. The 22-year-old has dealt with ankle and back injuries that have kept him out of two games.

Getting back Healthy

Soon when Jadeveon Clowney knew that his rookie season was coming to end early, due to a torn Meniscus.He stated that he will get healthy for next season. Jadeveon that he is going to work on his craft a lot; during the offseason. Also Jadeveon told the reporters that he will work on things that he needs help on. So that he think next year going to be a big, big season for me, cause he know that he will dominate this league.

Getting back Healthy pt.2

Then at the end of the next season, Jadeveon said that he was very happy, by just being able to go through the whole season without any problems with his knee; was a plus for him after hearing about the injury.

ESPYs Award

On July 18,2013, Jadeveon attend the ESPYs to be announced for the best play award. The Hit was about when South Carolina and Michigan was battling for the Outback bowl, then that one great play happen that in South Carolina favor, and out of nowhere, you see Jadeveon hit the running back of Michigan and he swept the ball with his left hand. " That one play that Jadeveon did, that helped his team to get the ball back in their possession and won the Outback bowl game.
