Spring 2017 Data 1 - Vesuvius Cloze Quiz
After reviewing the question by question statistics on the Vesuvius Cloze Quiz, I realized that students were struggling with reading comprehension and verb forms. These questions showed an accurate response rate of between 66% and 44%. As a result, I created an alternative choice activity that allowed for more practice and a different way of assessing the same skills.

The heatmap showed a general trend that students were struggling with quizzes in the course. At the end of the semester as a way to review for the final exam, I provided students a 2 quiz replacement activity that required students to create a study guide and complete practice in line learning objects.
Spring 2017 Student Survey Results
My student response rate was a little lower this semester than in Fall at 68%. I focused on increased communication support this semester. Overall, I continue to strive for excellence and effectiveness as an online instructor.
Fall 2016 Data 1 - Domina Quiz
I ran a quiz item analysis on each question in the Domina Quiz. I reviewed the questions which students scored correct fewer that 7/10 times. I noted that students needed more practice with neuter nouns and with the vocative case. As a result, I provided students with a remediation activity.
Fall 2016 Data 2 - Villa Quiz
I ran the grade heatmap. I reviewed the quizzes on the heatmap and determined another difficult quiz was the Villa Perfect System Quiz. As a result, I created the replacement remediation activity below.
Fall 2016 Data 3 - Student Survey Results
I had a great return rate on my student survey this semester at 73%. The evaluation of my overall effectiveness as an online instructor demonstrates my commitment to online teaching and correlates to the school performance as well.
Spring 2016 Survey Data
I reviewed my spring course survey data. I am happy to see that my overall effective rating continues to be a strong. I also am pleased that the students felt the assignments prepared them for assessments since I developed the course last year.
Spring 2016 Analytics Report
I utilized the course access report to monitor student progress prior to final exams starting. I offered several review activities in the discussion board and increased communication with students and stakeholders to encourage increased log on for critical final exam preparation.

Fall 2015 - Survey Data
My Fall 2015 data indicated positive results from my students. Overall, I'm most happy with my overall scores in regards to quality feedback, positive interaction to help students feel successful, and level of overall effectiveness.
Fall 2015 Remediation - Grade Patterns
I offered three alternative project assignments after reviewing the grade patterns report and noting a few assignments where students struggled. Some students took advantage of the remediation opportunities to improve their grade.
Fall 2015 At Risk Report
I ran the At Risk Report to note students who were struggling in my course. I increased communication with stakeholders regarding progress in hopes that the at risk students might be successful in the course.
