100 Mile Challengers

Help promote and support the value of physical activity!

Are we there yet?

Greetings Eagles-

Hope you all had a fantastic Spring Break and you are refreshed and ready as we approach the end of the school year. Since I completed school I will be continuing the after school walking/jogging/running program for those of you that would like to come out. Right now I believe we have Wednesdays setup, but if you would like to change it to another day shoot me an email! The invite to the Navy's Coronado Bay Bridge Run still stands, all of the information is down below. Now, how often can someone say they have ran/walked the Coronado Bay Bridge! A couple of our staff members expressed interest, let's show our physical activity colors!

When: Sunday, May 15, 2016

Where: Start Line-One Park Blvd. (between Hilton San Diego Bayfront and San Diego Convention Center), Finish line- Coronado's Tidelands Park

Distance: 4 mile course (must be on the bridge by 8:45am, so they give you 45 minutes to complete 1 mile)

Registration link: http://navylifesw.com/bridgerun/

Again, if you would like to have a day after school where you want to get together to walk, run, jog please let me know! Let me know if anyone has reached 100 miles so I can put your name on the newsletter and give you a shoe for the Eagles in Action board.
