Dear Parents of Grade 9 students – You are invited to attend an Informational Session for Parents about the programs offered at the Chariho Career and Technical Center. The session will be held at the Chariho Middle School Auditorium on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 5-7:30

Attention Seniors: The Scholarship page of the Guidance School Counseling page has numerous scholarships for seniors to apply for. Take some time each week to see if you are eligible for any scholarship money. Remember, you can't win if you don't apply!! See your school counselor for more information.
THE CHARIHO PLAYERS WILL BE HOLDING OPEN AUDITIONS FOR THEIR SPRING PRODUCTION OF INTO THE WOODS ON MONDAY, JANUARY 11th & TUES, JANUARY 12th IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AUDITORIUM FROM 3:00– 5:00. SEE THE FLYERS IN THE LOBBY OR IN THE CAFÉTERIA DISPLAY CASE FOR MORE DETAILS.
The fitness center will be closed today due to Faculty Department meetings.
There will be a Junior Class Council meeting on Tuesday January 12 after school in C5. We will be discussing the Winter Ball on January 29. Please bring the names of any chaperones that you have committed to joining us that evening. Any questions, see Miss D. or Mrs. Ross.
The Dining Room at CTC is open today for Lunch from 10:00 to 11:30. We will also be open next Friday January 15 from 10:00 to noon.
The 2nd Chariho Blood Drive will be held this Friday, January 8th. Health Careers Students will be handing out permission slips to 16-18 year olds in the lunch room. They will also collect them during lunches and provide you with a pass at that time. As a reminder you need an ID and a signed permission slip to donate during your advisory. Please consider donating and helping to save up to 3 lives with 1 pint of blood. As a thank you the RI blood center will be giving out $5 Dunkin Donut gift cards.
The Charger Zone is having a clearance sale on CHS clothing! Sweatshirts $10! Flannel Shorts $3.50! Mock turtleneck $5! Tank top $2.50! The store is open everyday at lunch and after school, all you need to do is contact Mr. Silva in D3 and get your school spirit gear on!
ATTENTION SKIERS AND RIDERS! The ski club will be meeting today in E4 immediately after school. We will be discussing our first trip to Killington and passing out permission slips. If you want to go skiing you must attend!
The Career and Technical Center will be having the FUTURE STUDENT OPEN HOUSE on January 20 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.at the CTC.
