What was the change?
The scientific revolution changed the way people thought about the physical around them and the same spirit of inquiry that fueled the renaissance, led scientist t question traditional beliefs about the working of the universe. The most prominent scientist of this time included Copernicus, Galileo, and Isaac Newton.
How did the change impact society at the time?
Europe experienced a scientific revolution when new ides in physics astronomy, biology, anatomy changed the view they saw the natural world.
How is that change evidenced in today's modern society?
It changed the whole idea of how it used to be & it changes the way things were in science.
People Who Were Associated With The Change?
Nicolaus Copernicus
Copernicus was a polish astronomer and after studying the problem of geocentric models mot explaining the movements of the sun, moon, and planets he proposed a new model for the universe. He proposes heliocentric theory.
Johannes Kepler
His observations proved the heliocentric model of the universe was true. Kepler also proposed three laws of planetary motion based upon his observations.
Galileo Galiei
An Italian math professor who set out to prove many of aristotle's theories about nature wrong. Galileo used the telescope to study sunspots, the moons surface, and jupitors moon.
Isaac Newton
Believed God was the creator of this orderly universe (the clockmaker) He discovered and explained the theory of gravity.
