Tips From Ms. Andersen Tuesday
It can be pretty easy to get distracted during distance learning. Online school is different and requires a lot self motivation and focus. Here are some tips from Ms. Andersen to help you stay focused during distance learning:
1) Get a good nights sleep. This is critical to our success in school. A tired mind can lead to a distracted and out of focused one. Check out last weeks tips about sleep to give you some ideas to help you get a good nights rest.
2). Eliminate distractions. Take the extra step to make sure phones, TVs and music are turned off, and that your class work is the only item pulled up on your web browser.
3). Take hand written notes to help you stay engaged during the zoom. Looking down at a piece of paper and writing also helps your eyes when you have been looking at a screen for a long time.
4 ). Jot down any questions you might have during the zoom calls. Your teachers are available and willing to help.
