Food service update

Meal service 2022/2023 school year

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Millard Public Schools has been able to provide school meals at no cost due to Federal funding through the USDA. As we plan for the 2022/2023 school year, it’s important to note that the free meals provided by the USDA in response to the pandemic will sunset at the conclusion of the current school year. School meals will return to parent-pay and regular pricing at the beginning of summer 2022 and for the 2022/2023 school year.

Please know families can continue to apply for free and reduced meal benefits by accessing the Millard Public Schools Food Service website or by clicking Free and Reduced Price Meal Application. Meal applications for the 2022/2023 school year will be made available mid-July. It is important to note that any applications received before then will be for the 2021/2022 school year and for this summer.

Students will continue to have access to free breakfast and lunch through the remainder of the current 2021-22 school year. Thank you for your continued support of the Food Service program.
