GROUP 5 – ELEMENTARY/SECONDARY TEACHERS - Related Arts Areas, CATE, Performance Areas. This group will support teachers who typically do not use paper and pencil assessments. Assessments are typically developed around the performance of or products produced by the students. On day 2, Rubric building and non-traditional assessment will be the focus of this session.
For each session, participants are expected to bring the “essential learning” required to demonstrate proficiency, copies of the content standards, and a copy of an assessment that you have used. In order to produce something that can be used immediately, it would be advantageous to bring 1st quarter essential learning, standards and assessment.
