Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- All MAP prep calendars must be completed and posted in the lesson plan folder.
- Qtr. 4 Achievement Series pre assessment window opens Monday, April 1
- Grades are due by 5:00 pm April 3rd-- please email Ms. Enders & Ms. Rieves when they are complete.
- Review and share Q3 post assessment data with students, setting new instructional goals with students as necessary.
- Morning and afternoon duty is a collective effort. Let's be all in, present and timely in order to support our students and one another.
- ACTION: Bulletin boards should be updated w/ up to date student work, the objective and rubric should be posted as well. All boards should look neat, clean and professional.
- Objectives should be highly visible and posted daily.
- All exit ticket info is updated in your data trackers on a daily basis.
- ACTION: Evidence of standards review and MAP "like" questions being implemented.
- Achievement Series assessment scores MUST be a grade for all students.
- ACTION: MAP prep should be intentionally planned, included in lesson plans and evident in all 3rd - 6th grade classrooms-- we will be observing this throughout the week.
- Attendance calls MUST be made daily for all absent students
- Check your PST/PLC agendas prior to each weeks meetings and insure you are prepared.

Instructional Levers:
- K-2: Using Pathways and Alpha Kids data to inform instruction-- are students on track to meet the grade level phonological and phonemic awards foundational skills by end of year? If not, what interventions in your guided reading groups are you implementing to increase the pace of their achievement?
- 3rd - 6th: After looking at both Mock MAP and Q3 Post Assessment data, what objectives/skills are still needed to ensure students are meeting the demands of the entire standard?
Remember, task alignment predicts performance! Each lesson should follow a trajectory of components;, teacher model, guided work, CFU questions, independent work, and an exit ticket to assess the demands of the daily objective.

- Ms. Harnage & Ms. Mulhern: graciously taking on Kindergarten for 3 mornings while teachers attended Kindergarten Round Up
- Mr.Cherry: organizing and hosting the Pennies for Patients assembly and fundraiser
- Ms. Highley, Ms. Silva and Ms. Ramsey: representing Wheatley and welcoming incoming Kindergarten families at Kindergarten Round Up.
