Becoming Journalist at Irving
5th graders are thinking like reporters to support the RUOS curriculum.
Creating Rubik Cube Murals
3rd -5th graders at Hatch took the rubik cube challenge! Students designed their own murals and then worked to bring their creations to life!
Creepy Carrots STEAM building
After reading Creepy Carrots, 3rd-5th graders at Holmes have been designing and building fences to keep in those creepy carrots!

If You Plant a Seed
With this great 2019 Monarch Nominated Book, not only will you learn the process of planting and growing, but you will also learn how a seed of kindness can bear sweet fruit.
Be Kind
When a classmate wants to make her fellow classmate feel better, she wonders: What does it mean to be kind?
Have You Filled a Bucket Today?
This book introduces an idea that everyone has an "invisible bucket." These buckets are used to hold your good thoughts and feelings about yourself. When you do something kind, you help fill someone else's bucket.
