Caring for the Caregiver
"Learn how to be a better caregiver by taking better care of yourself. "
This is a program that I have learned about through several different sources so wanted to share with others.
It is a a virtual self-care program for caregivers.
In this weekly workshop, you will come together with other caregivers in a small-group setting to gain knowledge and self-care tools to help you take care of yourself, while caring for the ones you love.
Workshop will be conducted using Zoom.
