Our book fair is coming next month and we are encouraging students to use an eWallet, which is like a lunch account for the book fair. It’s easy to set up and you can use your credit card. Reporting an AbsenceKlein ISD will now allow parents to enter absence requests through Skyward. By using your Skyward Family Access account, you will now be able to report your student(s) absence electronically and save time by turning notes or calling in to the attendance office. This tool can be used if your child will be absent all day, or if you choose, you can designate specific times during the day that your child will be absent in the event of a doctor’s appointment or early release. If your student(s) is/are under the care of a medical professional, you can still use this process to report them absent for the days they were under doctor’s care and then submit the medical note upon your student(s) return to school. If you forget to send a note in, you can also use this system to report an absence up to five school days in the past. You can also report an absence for a future date. The instructions for entering a student absence can be found on the Klein ISD webpage under Skyward Family Access. Klein ISD is committed to the partnership with our community members. If you have any questions or feedback regarding this new process, do not hesitate to contact us. We don't accept birthday treats that are not made in the Benignus cafe due to allergies. |

Visitor LunchVisitor Lunch has started and it was GREAT! Please make sure that you adhere to the designated day for the grade level that you are attending lunch. Unfortunately, due to safety you are only allowed to eat lunch with the grade level that is on that day, you are not allowed to wait for siblings. Friendly Reminder: Visitors are only allowed to eat with their designated leopard. Friends are not allowed to join due to health and safety. Thank you for your understanding. | Gifted and Talented Window- Open now through September 30th | Big Kahuna Still Going Strong!We are excited about our Big Kahuna Fundraiser kicking off. We would love your support! The money we raise goes towards student enrichment materials and technology. There are some great incentives the students earn as well! The more they sell the more great incentives they can earn!! We are super excited to bring back the very popular party bus ride!!
