After the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, President Bush began calling for a “regime change” in Iraq, describing the nation as part of an “axis of evil. On Sept. 12, 2002, Bush addressed the UN, challenging the organization to swiftly enforce its own resolutions against Iraq, or else the U.S. would act on its own.
In February, a U.S. Senate report on progress in Iraq indicated that, despite the U.S. spending $16 billion on reconstruction, every major area of Iraq's infrastructure was below prewar levels.
9/11
when 9/11 happened a lot of things changed for new York city. a lot of people dies and family's where really hurt. since that day happened people didn't have trust on other people so they made a rule. the rule was to be checked at the airport.
iraq guys
these guys walk around all the time to make sure everything is the way they want it. they make sure there is no Americans spying on them and they also kill when they have to. people are really scared of these guys.

the Iraq army always is around making sure everything is going good. they are really bad people even to the people who live their.
