Job Description
As a representative you will be required to work independently and at your own pace,have control over your own professional growth and being capable to socialize and meet new people with diffrent backgrounds.you will need to take on many responsibilities like being able to manage your time and using your flexible schedule in a positive way and building a client base from marketing and network activities and having the ability to use internet,Microsoft office and other social media websites.prior experiences with customer service and or sales is a plus. You control your own income but pay ranges from 30k to 100k yearly,depending on the area.

Prior experience is a plus and you must have at least 2 years of active experience as a licensed real estate salesperson or broker during the following 96 months.
6 courses are required by TREC to get a Texas real estate liscence,in a maximum of 6 weeks completing these 6 required courses will get you that liscence:
Principles I
Principles II
Law of agency
Law of contract
Finance I
Promulgated contracts forms
