The LISD leadership Cohort for Teachers and District Support is designed to provide job-embedded learning around effective feedback and reflection practices while supporting one's growth in the area of leadership.
Focus areas will include:
- Developing an understanding of leadership capacities and models
- Creating and sharing a vision
- Being a leader without a title
- Making teams work effectively
- Establishing trust through effective communication and behaviors
- Orchestrating crucial conversations
- Conducting action research in a chosen area
