- This session is open to our high school students, CISD paraprofessionals, CISD substitutes and the community.
- The Region 10 Service Center & Texas A&M Commerce have partnered up to offer a "Fast Paced" Bachelor's Degree/1 year Alternative Certification program. The cost of the Bachelor's Degree program is $9,000 and the cost of the 1 year Alternative Certification program is $5,166-$5,386.
- Those interested in applying for the degree may qualify for financial aid.
- Those who already have college hours may be able to transfer college credit towards the 2 year program which would speed it up.
- Canton ISD is hosting this meeting because we feel the best way to recruit teachers is to Grow our Own! This is an informational meeting only. This does not guarantee a teaching position within the district.
