SEPTEMBER 2021 | VOLUME 1
Welcome Back!!
The OMS Counseling Department would like to welcome students, staff and families to the 2021-2022 school year.
This past year, we have been challenged, and have had to create a new "normal". It is hard to remember what is considered "normal" anymore! However, we are so proud of our community and cannot wait for a safe new year!!!
We are here to support YOU!
We have missed you all!

MEET THE OMS FAMILY SCHOOL LIAISON
Ms. Kotrba
My name is Ms. Kotrba! I am the Family School Liaison (FSL) at Oxford Middle School. I am here to help and support you if you are having social & emotional difficulties or if you make a mistake at school that impacts your learning. I will be creating a link between your school, your family and your community to make your time at OMS wonderful. I care about not just your grades, but about your well-being, your experiences, and your feelings.
I have one kitty at home and in my free time I like to play video games and read. I am a huge Harry Potter and Star Wars fan, so if you want to geek out with me please feel free to talk to me at lunch or come to my office in the counseling area!
Mental Health Resources
SEHS Counseling Center at OU
The SEHS Counseling Center is dedicated to keeping our students, staff and clients safe. For the fall semester, we anticipate offering some in person counseling, however ask that those coming to campus are vaccinated, do not show signs of illness, and have not knowingly been exposed to COVID 19 within the last 10 days. We will maintain virtual/telehealth sessions for anyone requesting them and/or who do not meet the safety guidelines. Currently masks are required in all of our buildings and rooms regardless of vaccination status.
