Your guide to DDE events & announcements: 4/7/2019

DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL TOMORROW!

The deadline to turn in your Old Monmouth Candy order form for our PTO Easter/Spring Candy Fundraiser has been extended until tomorrow (Monday, April 8th)! Candy pickup will be on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 2:30pm until 4:30pm in the lobby. It's a delicious way to support our PTO!

Guidance News

  • High Technology High School and Brookdale Community College are teaming up to hold cypHER, a coding outreach event for middle school girls on May 4th from 9:00am-4:00pm. Students will learn to code while having fun, developing teamwork skills, and practicing problem solving. Experienced mentors will teach the classes and help participants with their projects.   • The Freehold Regional High School District’s Law Enforcement and Public Safety Magnet Program is hosting an interactive program on May 22nd from 4:00pm-5:30pm. The program is open to current in-district 5th-7th grade students who are interested in applying for LEPS in the fall of 2019. The goal of the afternoon is to highlight the experiential opportunities within the LEPS Program. The demonstrations will be led by students, alumni, teachers, and community members. Join the Eisenhower Track and Field team on May 5th as we raise funds for Paulette's C of Blue! After that, forms must be turned in to CentraState. Proceeds from this event benefit local patients and families affected by colorectal cancer through programs and services at CentraState Healthcare System. We had a great time last year and won for top participating school! Let's do it again, Generals!

Art Contest!

Important Information for 8th Grade Families

Graduation Photos:

  • Optional 8th Grade Graduation photos will be taken on Wednesday, April 10th (from 4:00pm until 8:00pm) and Thursday, April 11th (from 2:30pm until 8:00pm) in the STEAM Center. No appointments; just show up when it's convenient for you. Gowns will be provided. Picture forms were sent home with students. Please note the new start time on Thursday, April 11th. You may arrive at 2:30pm. Students must go home and return to school with a parent/guardian. Special arrangements have been made for Academic Team members. Please see Mr. Krupp or Mr. Baker for details.


Graduation Gowns:
