Principal's Message
Georgetown Community,
We want to thank you once again for the patience you have had with us during our first semester. We know that there were difficult times throughout the semester, concerning technology, consistency, and overall motivation to attend school in this virtual world we are now living in. But because of great teachers and amazing parents we were able to witness many accomplishments. We have had students who achieved Principal Honor Roll who have never reached that height before, teachers who may have thought they were technology challenged, but have become experts, and we have developed a family atmosphere of love and compassion I couldn't have dreamed of.
With second semester beginning we hope to see greater participation from the community, the virus disappear so we can have our children back, and if not, our students logging on every day to receive outstanding and innovative instruction. Our motto is "Learners today, Leaders tomorrow." It is our hope that our students continue down this path as we embark on a new semester. Again, don't ever hesitate to contact us and always remember "We Love You Here at Georgetown Middle School."
