Count to 120 starting at any number less than 120
Understand that different digits in two-digit
numbers represent tens and ones (e.g., 36=3 tens +6 ones)
Compare two-digit numbers using the symbols > (more than), = (equal to), and < (less than)
Add and subtract numbers through 100 using a one- and two-digit number (e.g., 35+4) and a two-digit number and a multiple of 10 (e.g., 35+30)
Measure the lengths of objects using a shorter object as a unit of length
Tell and write time in hours and half-hours
Organize objects into categories and compare the number of objects in different categories
Divide circles and rectangles into two and four parts and use the words halves, fourths, and quarters
