All County Band
Last weekend Onslow County held its annual All County Band Clinic at Jacksonville High School. The county's best and brightest band students are selected by their directors to participate in the event each year. This year Trexler Middle School had three students participate, Angelia Perry on flute, Nathaniel Dietz on bass clarinet, and Israel Rodriguez-Soto (not pictured below) on trumpet. These students spent their Friday afternoon and Saturday practicing music they had only been working on for a few weeks with musicians they had never met before. By the end of the event, the students gave a fantastic performance. It is truly amazing what was accomplished in just a few hours.
There will be a Concussion/MRSA meeting on Tuesday, February 6th at 6:00pm in the library.
