Salvation Army Christmas Assistance Program
This year the Salvation Army will be doing things a bit early for families who may need Christmas assistance. They would like to give homeless, single working moms, families highly affected by the pandemic and grandparents raising grandchildren priority. The Salvation Army will only be accepting the first 2,500 children into the program, and the program only covers children ages 1-12. The early sign-ups will take place in September before the site goes live in October for everyone in the 5 county area of New Hanover, Pender, Columbus, Bladen and Brunswick. Please let me know if you are a family that wants to receive this assistance!!
