Tonight's Instructions - Tuesday, May 10

All Advisors:

Please continue taking calls until the queue is cleared
  • If you feel you will be unable to complete the Member's request before 5:45 p.m., please offer to fill out a Call Back Request Form for the Member
  • Log out of all systems by 5:45 p.m.


Consider using the following spiels when speaking with Members who's requests you are unable to complete:

  • "Due to a planned behind the scenes systems maintenance, I am unable to fully complete your request at this time"
  • "I completely understand the nature of your request. Unfortunately, due to a planned behind the scenes systems maintenance, I will be unable to complete this request at this time."


If filling out the Call Back Request Form:

  • Please specify the hours or time of day the Member is available

Advisors scheduled until 7:30 p.m:

After you have completed your last call
  • Log out of all systems except your soft phone
  • Aux 05 to Meetings
  • Attend the Member Services Gathering on the first floor in Bright Lights
  • After the Gathering, please come back upstairs and log out of your soft phone
