4th amendment
The person of the people to be secure in their persons,houses,paper, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violent, and no warrants shall issue ,but upon probable cause, supported by chat or affirmation, and particular describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
4th amendment
katz u. united states in 1934 they made it illegal to intercept the private communications of another and to reveal any of the gathered. on 1939 the court's ruling made it clear to the federal agents.
