The Humane Society Needs Your Help!

The NJHS is going to the Humane Society on Monday (February 13), and the Humane Society is requesting that we bring or donate...

  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Old Towels
  • Old Stuffed Animals
  • Old Blankets
  • Toys for animals
  • Paper Towels
  • Dish Detergent
  • Hand Sanitizer

We are asking you all to please let your students know to bring the items listed. The NJHS is going to put out boxes for all the items, and we are going to collect them Monday before we leave for the Humane Society at 4:00 pm. Furthermore, NJHS is going to go on the morning announcements to let everyone know. We would deeply appreciate it if you could put this on the advisory slide too. We realize this is last minute, so any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Information for Italy Trip in Summer 2024!

Dear Parkway School District families,

Exciting news! Your student (grades 6-10) is invited to join us on a once-in-a-lifetime educational travel experience to Italy in Summer 2024!

Educational travel exposes students to new people, places, and cultures, which in turn expands their knowledge of the world and their knowledge of themselves. That’s why I’m thrilled to bring this opportunity to your student and our community.

While we had our initial meeting last week, there will be more meetings in the future, so be on the lookout for information. At the meetings, we will discuss:

  • How this opportunity will benefit your child

  • What we’ll see and do on our trip

  • Everything that’s included in this experience

  • How your child can earn academic credit

  • How we’re keeping this safe and affordable

  • How to enroll with confidence during EF’s risk-free enrollment period (where you can receive a FULL refund!)

There are limited spots on this trip, so we would love to have you attend our next meeting to learn more about this exciting opportunity!

Thank you,

Amanda Megl
