Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- MOCK MAP- Begins February 20, 2019- March 8, 2019 (Check the schedule provided by Ms. Harnage).
- All exit ticket info is updated in your data trackers on a daily basis.
- ACTION: Evidence of standards review and MAP "like" questions being implemented.
- Achievement Series assessment scores MUST be a grade for all students.
- Lesson plans must be posted and available upon request to any visitor.
- Check your PST/PLC agendas prior to each weeks meetings and insure you are prepared.
- ACTION: MAP prep should be intentionaly planned, included in lesson plans and evident in all 3rd - 6th grade classrooms.
- Check attendance twice a day, morning and afternoon for accurate attendance check.
- Attendance calls MUST be made daily for all absent students.

- Exit tickets must be logged into master trackers for ELA and Math on a daily basis.How are using your exit tickets to drive your instruction?
- Student Work Samples: Look at student work samples on a daily basis looking for misconceptions, trends, patterns and ways to change instructional strategies.
- Guided Reading/ Math Stations-- plans created and implemented for each small groups based on individual needs (we must see evidence of these plans when we observe)
