A note from our school nurse, Mrs. Walls
MEDICATIONS: As the end of the school year approaches, please remember to pick up your child’s medication from the nurse’s office. By PHSD policy, the school cannot store any medication for the following school year. Any medication not picked up will be discarded on the last day of school. As a reminder, medication administration forms must be renewed annually, and a form must accompany all medication before it can be administered. For scheduled medication that needs to be initiated on the first day of school in August, please ask for a blank medication form when picking up this year’s medication.
