Principal’s Update

Dear Washington Families,

I can not believe we are finishing up 2022! We have so many things to celebrate this year. I am incredibly proud of our Washington family of students, staff, and all those who take care of this family. Students have worked hard in their classrooms learning. I see growth in reading and math everyday. Students are proud of their growth which is just as exciting. Thank you families for helping your students by giving them opportunities to read, hear stories, tell stories, and finding moments to use their math skills. As we move into 2023 we are going to continue to celebrate student’s growth, it’s one of my favorite things to do!

I loved every minute of 2022 and I look forward to 2023!

Kids Home Sick

We love having your students here at school. However we also want to ensure they are ready to learn. If your student is sick, please keep them home and notify the office.

The weather is getting colder. Please send your student with a warm coat.

School Schedule - Arrival / Dismissal

We want students to be successful at school! To help students, this is just a friendly reminder we have breakfast at 7:30 for all students! School starts at 7:50 and ends at 2:35 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday dismissal is at 1:00.

Thank you families for your patience while we are replacing our doorbell system. We have been in the process of upgrading our doorbell system and it’s had some challenges.

Student of the month assemblies

We know that all our families are proud of students when they receive recognition. We also know that families sometimes want to share. You may view our student of the month assemblies on our website under family information.
