Without a doubt, communication is an essential part of our every day lives. Like most things in life, our abilities to communicate vary widely from one person to another due to a variety of reasons. However, in our experience, the commonality is that most people desire to speak in a way in which they are heard by others, as well as, to feel good about the way they are communicating their feelings, beliefs, or directives. During this meet-up, you will learning how mindfulness skills can help you reach desired goals for communication growth. This small group meet-up will include mindfulness practice, journaling/reflective questioning, and small group discussion.
