The HRS Leader
Region 9 High Reliability Schools-October 2018
Action Plans
Action planning is key to implementing and monitoring the leading indicators in each level of HRS. That action plan, however, should be based on data representative of the audience surveyed, whether using a Marzano report or your own local data. Cohort 4 has already met to work on their action plans and are in the middle of implementing those plans, while Cohort 3 will be attending sessions specific to the level in which they are working on November 7 (see upcoming dates below for more information).
Instructional Rounds
Cohort 3 leadership teams had the chance to send representatives from their teams to on-site instructional rounds this month. Cohort 4 will be learning more about the instructional rounds process in training November 6 and will then participate in rounds in January.
If your campus would like to conduct your own rounds, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help facilitate that process.
