A Letter from the Principal:
It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my Naples Park Community. My time here has been amazing. This school will forever be in my heart. I am grateful for the relationships that I have fostered during the past two years at NPE. The teachers, students, families and community members are second to none! Continue to grow and flourish as learners and supporters of our students and sweet school. Once a Shark, always a Shark! I look forward to seeing you around our amazing community! :)
I hope you all enjoy a wonderful summer filled with learning, loving and lots of family time! Remember to post your pictures on our Twitter Page @NPESharks so we can see all of the amazing things you are doing. Read, Relax and Enjoy!
All my best,
Ms. Kirby

CHARACTER TRAIT OF MAY: LEADERSHIP
5 Tips to Empower Leadership Skills
· Allow children to make decisions. Start small by allowing them to order their own food at a restaurant. As they grow, they will make decisions that are more difficult.
· Help them find the good in others instead of the negative.
· Set goals together and plan steps to reach it.
· Sign them up for extracurricular activities to help them step out of their comfort zone.
· Remind them that mistakes are for learning.
