TEACHER TAKE-AWAY: You will prepare "Writing Anchor Charts", "Writer's Portfolios", strategies for establishing an "Author's Club" in your classroom, and a Kansas CCSS integrated way to schedule the "gift of time" for young developing writers!

EDCI 8010 iPad 101 A Beginner's Guide to iPads in the Classroom

TEACHER TAKE-AWAY: Teachers will explore ways to incorporate iPads in the classroom through presentation, collaboration, and communication apps. Content/grade level apps will be explored as time allows.

EDCI 8000 Creating Opitmal Learning Environments for Student with Adaptive Special Needs

2 credits

Teachers will gain valuable skills in ways to include all students in lessons, activities and relationships. Teachers will also determine the best practices and accommodations to meet the needs of Adaptive Special Education students.
