Air Pollution

What is air pollution?
Air pollution is when someone or something releases gases or harmful substances in the air. This can be extremely harmful to humans, animals, or the atmosphere.
How to protect yourself from the ozone and air pollution
- Think about spending more time indoors, where ozone levels are usually lower. Choose easier outdoor activities (like walking instead of running) so you don't breathe as hard and inhale bad chemicals in the air.
Some of the leading causes of air pollution and how we can prevent it.
Factory exhaust, you can stop ordering things from places that produce harmful chemicals.
Bad car, buy a new car or a environmental safe car.
dont smoke, smoking pollutes the air around you for others and is very bad for you.
How air pollution affects your body
Smog can cause coughing, throat irritation, and chest pain. It can reduce lung function, inflame the linings of the lungs, and trigger asthma attacks, even the day after ozone levels are high. Repeated inflammation over time may permanently scar lung tissue.
