I think Couch to 5k is a great app and it is a great way to start a plan to run. It has a simple and intuitive layout that is easy to use. One of my favorite parts about this app is that you can run as much or as little as you want. I already run a little bit, so I used this app 5-6 times in a week. If I keep using Couch to 5k, I will be able to finish the program in about 5 weeks. If you want to start running, this is a great app to do so.
