WCCC District Update

Update regarding High School Programs: February 2021

Hello students and families. We wanted to reach out and share a few updates with you and ask for feedback in a couple of areas. As always, thank you for being a part of the WCCC Family!

Traditional Five Day Schedule

As a reminder, we still plan to transition to a full, face-to-face schedule as soon as safely possible. We will move to this plan (whichever comes first):

  • If Warren County drops down to orange or yellow on the State's alert system.

  • Upon return from Spring Break, Tuesday, April 6th (after our staff has had the opportunity to receive both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine).

When transitioning to a five-day traditional schedule, we will maintain all safety practices that have been in place. Masks will continue to be mandatory and we will practice social distancing to the extent possible. We are thankful for our students and staff that have followed the guidelines and respected the rules thus far.

Students and parents, please click the blue bar below to provide feedback about how we can make the transition most successful for you.

Remote Learning Day 2/19 (for Staff Vaccinations)

Mark your calendar! Friday, February 19th will be a remote learning day for all students so that WCCC staff members can have the opportunity to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. No students or staff will be on campus this day, so please plan accordingly.

Let's Celebrate!

It's no secret this year has been crazy and stressful. So many moments and memories have been lost for our students. While we cannot promise or commit to any events or details at this time, we do want to get feedback and begin to explore how we can help our students celebrate their time with us at WCCC.

Students, Parents, and Staff members are invited to share their thoughts and ideas on Senior Ceremony, Prom (unlikely), and Senior Picnics. Please click the blue bar below to provide feedback.
