District 12 Choral Music Performance Assessment

12 time slots available
Mixed, Treble, or Men’s choirs at the Middle School or High School level are invited to participate. Schools may bring more than one ensemble. Jazz or Show Choirs are not eligible for participation.
Directors will have the opportunity to participate in the MPA through a Traditional Adjudication option or a Festival Option.
In the Traditional Adjudication setting, ensembles will be required to perform three selections from the PMEA Selective Music List and declare a grade level of repertoire performed.
For the Festival Option ensembles will also perform three selections however these pieces do not need to be on the PMEA Selective Music List and no grade level need be declared.
Each ensemble will receive a clinic with one of the adjudicators, audio commentary from each adjudicator, written comments from each adjudicator, and a professional recording of the performance.

The Fee for the MPA is $150 for PMEA members and $180 for non-PMEA members.

Registration will close Wednesday, March 30th or after all performance slots are full. Preferential time slots are given on a first come first serve basis.
