The XY theory: The X Theory is being strict with the employees while Y theory allow employees a little bit of freedom

- WHAT IS THE MANAGERS PERSPECTIVE:
The perspective is the manager feels he must guide the employees on what to do yet he trusts them enough to figure out how to do it on their own
- WHAT IS THE EMPLOYEE PERSPECTIVE:
its good because there is still a level of trust maintained with a level of structure
- IS IT CENTRALIZED OR DECENTRALIZED: A little bit of both, mostly decentralized
- PROS: workers are given trust to do their task, the managers still give structure and guidance
- CONS: possibly not stirct or leniant enough to keep keep complete order or trust
