Updates

School Pictures went super well this week. All our students looked so great! Picture Retakes or Make Up Day will be November 11th.

The weather is getting chilly. We encourage students to bring sweaters, coats or jackets to keep warm. Please label these!

During Pick Up and Drop Off, please avoid parking in the drive through lanes and getting out of your car. It disrupts our traffic flow.

Constitution Day

We had fun learning about and celebrating Constitution Day.

Character Traits

Throughout the year, we will talk about and recognize students for 21 character traits that fall under our three pillars of Moral Excellence, Citizenship and Scholarship.

Last week was Integrity and this week was Friendship.

We are so proud of all our students for making our school a better place!

"How wonderful that nobody need wait a single moment before improving the world."

Lunch Update

Effective September 10th, all JA students only will be able to eat free lunches until January.

If you are a hybrid or virtual family, you can come daily and collect a sacked lunch from the front office between 10am-12:10pm daily.

If you qualify, we still encourage JA families to apply for free or reduced lunch as this may offer you other benefits and will ensure your children can eat free or reduced starting in January.

If students are just needing milk at lunchtime, they will still need to pay $.25 since that is not considered a "reimbursable lunch".

If you are currently scheduled to have automatic Instant Payments for lunch accounts, you will want to stop those until January.

If you have questions, please let us know!

Lost and Found

Please label student items. It helps us return them as we can. Pictured below is our lost and found as of this Friday. Please contact the office if one of these items belongs to your household. Because we have such large number of masks, we are only going to hold onto them for two Fridays. Just as a reminder, if students lose or misplace their masks, we will replace them ones we have purchased or received.
