With holiday parties after work, shopping and wrapping to be done, and extra items on our To-Do list, it can be hard to get to the gym before or after work!

Join me 3 times a week (during your lunch!) to challenge your body in ways you didn't know possible!

Each class will consist of a dynamic warm-up, strength-training, high-intensity cardio, and cool-down and stretching.
