A newsletter of the Avon High School Library -- April 2016
Welcome!
Library Closed for Testing - April 20-May 23
You and your students can still use the resources of the library though. Robyn Young can bring books to your classes for student checkout, compile resources for your students to use to research in the classroom, or help with adding technology to assignments.
Schedule your class projects in the library for March and the beginning of April.

Goal Update for the 2015-2016 School Year
- working with staff, students, and the community to gather input about library needs -- March update - surveys have been given to staff and students to gather information about the changing needs in the library
- creating learning stations where students/staff may learn individually about topics -- March update - learning stations have been added and frequently rotate (chess, legos, coloring, questioning, writing, poetry, and manga have all been stations so far this year). Student comment, "Why is the library so cool my senior year? Now I only get one year of doing all the fun stuff!"
