A recipe for each grilled scallops.
Ingredients20 to 25 large scallops (about 3 pounds) 5 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepperDirectionsPat dry each scallop and lay them on a tray. Sprinkle on some olive oil, coating scallops on all sides. Season the scallops with salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper, making sure that the seasoning covers all sides. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Grill for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately. A recipe for broiled scallops.
BROILED SCALLOPS 1 1/2 lbs. scallops, fresh or frozen1/3 c. butter, melted1/2 tsp. salt2 tbsp. chopped parsley3/4 c. butter, melted3 tbsp. lemon juiceWhite pepperPaprikaThaw frozen scallops. Remove shell particles and wash. Cut large scallops in half. Place on greased broiler pan. Combine butter, salt, pepper and paprika. Brush scallops with this seasoned butter. Broil about 3 inches from source of heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn carefully. Brush other side with seasoned butter and broil 3 to 4 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley. Combine butter and lemon juice and serve with scallops
In comparison, which cooking method is more nutritious?
Broiling because when you grill food it brings the grease out & its just not good for you. It makes you chubby !
