Rebel Rights - Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe
March Notes
March 11th - 6th graders put on their annual Science Fair. It was fun to see their hard work on display!
March 12th - Thank you to all our families that made it to spring conferences!
March 13th - Top sellers for our elementary fundraiser went on a Limo Ride!
On Sunday, March 15th, the landscape of education in Minnesota took a dramatic turn. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, schools were asked to take on the unprecedented task of creating and implementing Distance Learning. March 16th and 17th we created our own childcare and food delivery service. March 18th-27th we prepared and planned to teach our students while they are not in the building. On March 30th put that plan into action and embarked on our Distance Learning journey. The best analogy I've heard is that we are flying the plane while we are building it. I am so proud of all USC staff for taking this head-on with a positive attitude. Thank you to our students and families for working with us as we do our best to connect and teach from a distance. Students, we miss you. Stay safe and we can't wait to have you in the building again.
