About Investigator Doug Kein...

Doug has been a police officer for the past 24 years and has been conducting High Tech Crime Investigations for the past 9 years where in he established the computer forensics unit in 2011. Doug is an investigator for the Orland Park Police Department and conducts investigations focused on computer and the internet related crimes. He is a graduate of the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI) and is a member of the United States Secret Service’s Electronic Crimes Taskforce (ECTF). Doug is also an active member of the Cook County Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce (ICAC) and has participated in hundreds of internet crimes against children investigations which culminated with successful prosecution within the local and federal court systems. Doug currently is a current member of HTCIA and on his off time is a contract trainer for Cellebrite Inc. teaching the Cellebrite Certified Logical Operator / Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst courses.
