Variety Show
On November 17th, CMS presented their annual Variety Show, hosted by CMS Home and School. Both 5th and 6th grade Choir, 6th Grade Singers, and 6th grade band performed, as well as a variety of comedy, dance, instrumental and vocal acts. The kids did a wonderful job! Thank you to Toby Nosker for being our emcee and to Melissae Stiles for directing the production. The end of the evening was highlighted by our Gas Giveaway drawing and the 2 top sellers throwing a pie in Mrs. Breese's face! Congratulations to Kacie Price and Qwinter Zimmerman for being the top sellers for CMS and to all our family and friends who attended and helped support CMS!

Build-A-Bag Project
The 6th Graders at Concordia Middle School participated in a donation drive to gather essential items for children in foster care. We were able to supply St. Francis with over 30 bags. Many of the bags were loaded full of essential everyday items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, blankets, underwear, pajamas, deodorant, and body wash. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our project. Children from our community and the surrounding areas will benefit greatly from your generosity!
Way to go, 6th grade!

Wall of Hero's
To culminate their hero study, 6th grade completed their Wall of Hero’s honoring their own hero’s. Student’s had to nominate an individual for the Wall of Hero’s and compose an essay highlighting the characteristics and qualities of the individual they were nominating. The finished project includes a typed nomination piece with a picture of their hero. This is displayed by Mrs. Rothfuss’ room.
