•We continued to learn about seeds and plants
•Students wrote about what American Symbol was most important to them
SEL: We continue to sit as a class and place ourselves somewhere on the Mood Meter.

Reminders and Events
Tuesday, June 7. Kindergarten students visit their home schools. Buses will be leaving School #6 PROMPTLY at 9:45 AM.
Tuesday, June 14—Flag Day Ceremony for Kindergarten students. Wear Red, White and/or Blue to school!!
Friday, June 17 - Kindergarten Field Day and Certificate Presentation for:
Ms. Cipriano, Mrs. Eckers, Mrs. Kahn, Mrs. Knox, Mrs. Lines, Ms. Osgood/Mrs. Pickett, Ms. Perez, Mrs. T. Ryan and Mrs. Tarrash
Wednesday, June 22 – Last day for the Breakfast Program, AM and PM CARES. Regular school hours.
Thursday, June 23– NO SCHOOL for students.
Friday, June 24 LAST DAY OF SCHOOL and Report Card
Distribution for Kindergarten. Students report 9:20 AM – 10:20 AM. If your child rides the bus, please be at the stop 10 minutes earlier in the morning and be waiting at the stop by 10:20 AM. Valet opens at 9:00 AM and closes promptly at 9:15 AM.
The students will be outside for recess each day weather permitting. Teachers can not apply sunscreen or help your child apply sunscreen. Please apply sunscreen to your child prior to school. It is getting warm out!!
