Food Drive Results
The Builders Food Drive results are in! We were able to collect approximately 1,200 non perishable items to be donated to our local food pantry, Samaritan House.
Congratulations to the Advisory Classes that collected the largest number of items:
6th Grade: Mr. Wenz's class
7th Grade: Ms. Minor's class
8th grade: Ms. Sloane's class
Thank You!
Thank you to the Foundation for Excellence for purchasing 175 books for the 7th grade classrooms. These books will be used for Literature Circles in the spring.
We truly appreciate the Foundation's generosity and continued support of our students!
Counselors' Corner
Scheduling for the 2022-23 school year has begun. Mrs. Skover and Mrs. Bazner presented to the 6th and 7th grade classes this week and shared course options with them. Please be sure to review the course request forms with your student and complete by the due dates on the form. In addition, Ms. Famiano from the 9th Grade Academy will be sharing a presentation with the 8th grade students during advisory on March 15th and there will also be a parent night for all incoming 9th grade students on the 15th. The counselors and assistant principals will be visiting elementaries at the beginning of March to get our 5th grade students ready for middle school. Please feel free to reach out to your student's counselor if you have any questions about scheduling.
